We offer a 5-day money back guarantee on some of our premium plans.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 5 days of your purchase with the receipt of your payment and we will process your request to issue a full refund.

It is important to be aware that the Refund Policy exclusively applies to the plans listed below:

Lite-1000 (Lite-3), Lite-1400 (Lite-4), Lite-2800 (Lite-5) and Unlimited.

Customers who purchase either the Lite-150 (Lite-1), the Lite-500 (Lite-2) plan or any of the one-time booster packages on a monthly billing cycle will not be eligible for refunds. However, if they choose to buy these plans on a yearly billing cycle, refunds are available.

Please keep in mind that we are not obligated to issue a refund: we are only offering a 5-day money back guarantee as part of our commitment to be a conscientious business.

Am I Eligible for a Refund?

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

- You have one of the eligible plans above

- You have proof of purchase or invoice (e.g. order number, receipt etc.)

- The 5-day duration is not over yet
